11/2: Variation Lab

Lab Day!

Today we are exploring variation (differences among individuals in one species). We will be weighing the mass of kidney beans, measuring the length of grasshopper femurs, and calculating the average reaction speed of humans - us!

Students are given a lab practical grade, meaning you are scored not only on your understanding of the content, but also on the accuracy of your data collection and appopriate lab behavior.

If you miss a lab, you need to schedule a time to make it up after school during Unit 2!
