Test Review Day!

Test Information:

On Tuesday 10/23 we will take the Unit 1 Final.

• Covers everything we have learned about Unity & Diversity, and Population Dynamics
• 4 standards, total of 30 questions
• Mixture of multiple choice, open-answer, and graphing
• Closed note. Because there are many chances to meet each standard, there are no retakes or corrections on unit tests in biology.
• The test may take the entire period, so we will begin immediately on the 23rd. Please arrive ready to go!

How can I get ready for the test??

The most important thing you do to prepare for a test is come to class each day and try your best! To have an effective test review, I suggest that all students:

• Complete the study guide. If you can independently complete the study guide, you should succeed on the test! Some of the questions on the study guide came directly from the test, so it is a GREAT resource for you :)
• Review your notes. Look over all of your work from the unit, and focus on areas that you don't remember well, or that you struggled with. If you missed ANYTHING, just check out what we did that day on this website!
• Check out extra resources. At the bottom of the U1 drop-down menu is a page where I have put some useful extra resources that can help you to better understand what we've studied this unit. Still feeling confused about something? Let me know and I can find you a video / game / article for ANY topic!
